Adam Craig
Founder & CEO
Adam is the founding member of CLE Real Estate Group, a real estate investment firm based just outside Cleveland, Ohio. Since entering the real estate market in 2013, Adam has focused on value-add investment strategies, including fix-and-flip projects, property repositioning, and long-term portfolio growth across both residential and commercial assets. Over the course of his career, Adam has successfully completed more than 90 real estate transactions, working with investor and lender capital to acquire, renovate, and resell or stabilize properties based on market conditions. His experience spans single-family residences, multi-unit properties, and commercial real estate, with a current portfolio value exceeding $19 million. Adam’s hands-on approach to acquisition analysis, renovation oversight, and exit execution has enabled CLE Real Estate Group to consistently deliver projects with defined timelines and structured repayment outcomes for lending partners. His experience and investment philosophy have also been recognized through industry interviews and professional publications, where he has shared insight into disciplined value-add real estate investing.
